Bills and debts
Include housing, utilities, loans, credit cards, and subscriptions someone would need to keep track of.
Insurance and benefits
List health, life, home, auto, long-term care, and employer or retiree benefits that apply.

Where are deeds, titles, leases, mortgage or rental records, and related contacts?
Important documents

Access and first steps
Explain how the right person can find instructions. Do not put passwords here.
This is an organizer, not a will, trust, power of attorney, or grant of account access. Review legal documents and beneficiary designations with the relevant institutions and qualified professionals.
